Ongoing management of Scholarships
Progress and Final Reporting
In accordance with the NHMRC Deed of Agreement, Annual Progress and Final Reports must be submitted to the NHMRC by the specified due date.
To renew the Scholarship within the approved period of the award, a statement of “Satisfactory progress” is required from the RAO/ Scholarships Office for the Scholar for the calendar year ending 31 December. This advice should be provided to NHMRC in November each year.
Within one month of completion of the Scholarship, the Scholar’s Supervisor is required to furnish a brief informative report, to the CEO of Council, describing the work performed and the publications arising during the tenure of the award.
One year after the completion of the Scholarship, the Scholar must submit a final brief report detailing publications arising from the Scholarship and current occupation.

Financial Reporting
In accordance with the NHMRC Deed of Agreement all certified Administering Institutions are required to submit financial reports for each individual funded project. The timing of these reports is outlined in item G of the Schedule for each funded project.
